Vehicle Pick-Up and Drop-Off

You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the excess amount, unless you opt for additional coverage. Any damage resulting from negligence or misuse remains your responsibility, regardless of insurance.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ depending on the type of booking and the notice given. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or failure to show may incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Vehicle Uses
- No use of the vehicle for illegal activities. Engaging in racing, rallying, off-roading, or any other dangerous conduct is prohibited. Transporting hazardous materials or substances is not allowed. Sub-letting the vehicle or permitting unauthorized drivers is strictly forbidden. Driving while impaired by alcohol or drugs is unacceptable. The vehicle must not be used for purposes it was not intended for, and passengers or weight limits must not be exceeded. Operating the vehicle outside designated geographical areas requires prior authorization.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental cancellation and extra fees.
8. Liability Restrictions
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire in Newton-le-Willows will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the previous 12 months.
